Thorsten Kapusciak is a trained electrician and completed further training as a state-certified electrical engineer while working. Following his qualification, he took on the role of a trainer for electronics technicians for devices and systems and then worked for seven years as a CE representative in a medium-sized company. In this position, he carried out risk assessments as well as verifications and validations of safety functions and supported his colleagues from the design department with extensive specialist knowledge. In 2020, he obtained certification as a “CE representative for machines and systems (TÜV)”, which rounds off his extensive expertise in safety-related issues.
Mr. Kapusciak joined the Lebbing automation & drives GmbH - CE-Safety team in September 2024. His area of responsibility includes the preparation of risk assessments as well as the development and implementation of safety concepts for mechanical and plant engineering.
